Founder & CEO
Chrys brings business savvy, executive leadership and practicality to user experience. She loves the thrill of entrepreneurship and is always game for a new business pitch … or a tennis match.
Yana is a master balancer of both business goals and user needs, providing strategic vision and challenging teammates to try new approaches. Yana is an avid trail runner, travel adventurer and craft beer connoisseur.
Jenni enjoys a challenge and strives to simplify the complex, building solid relationships while consistently driving results. She loves to cook, entertain and reinvent the color scheme in her house.
Courtlan enjoys it all, from user research to implementation. A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and former entrepreneur, Courtlan is wired to pioneer new ground and lead teams through technology change. She loves to sing, play piano and can’t miss a good dance break.
Janelle is passionate about great design and innovative ideas. Throughout her career from high-growth startups to top national retailers she has lead UX strategy, web development and design initiatives. When she’s not mentoring, she loves to paint and draw, and will always make time to travel!
Workflow analysis and process improvement are music to Lisa’s ears! When not driving BPI, Lisa loves gardening, cooking, playing games and leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop. She is married with two wonderful daughters, two troublesome hounds, one awesome husband and a squeaky guinea pig.
Shannon is a master with complex business processes. If your interaction design can be made simple, she’ll figure out how. Shannon’s twin girls keep her busy when she’s not building Axure prototypes that defy gravity or pursuing paths to live more sustainably.
Ann Marie sees your whole business from the strategy right down to the details. She never misses a chance to wow us with her design solutions and enjoys keeping her industry skills fresh by shopping as many online retailers as possible when she isn’t on the golf course.
Doug loves linking business needs with user goals and, as a former entrepreneur, has created innovative solutions for industries from pharma to finance to foundations. Family time is a top priority, but recording original music in his home studio is a close second.
Dana brings a serious practicality to design, whether she’s creating interactive concepts or turning wireframes into polished visual designs. When she isn’t belting out songs from “Frozen,” she can be found buying (more) scarves from Zulily.
Julie gets her energy from harnessing and sharing ideas; and she has a lot of energy…and ideas! When she isn’t checking out the latest and greatest digital communications vehicle, she can be found in search of her soon-to-be favorite haunts in her new hometown of Kansas City.
Megan keeps Useagility running smoothly and leads usability testing recruitment. In all her spare time, Megan owns and operates a handmade wedding invitation and stationary studio and <3’s Kansas City’s MLS team, Sporting Kansas City.
Lisa strength lies in efficiency, from developing new business opportunities to streamlining human resources processes. Her kids keep her on the move, and in her spare time, she enjoys being dangerously experimental with Pinterest recipes.
