When Learning Quest® needed to redesign their public website, they turned to Useagility to guide the team through the end-to-end process of research, strategy, design and development. Learning Quest knew they needed to understand more about their prospective clients and suspected that they needed to craft the site’s language and messaging to better connect with end users. Useagility conducted research with end users and, with those insights, redesigned the structure and content of the website to ensure users could quickly and seamlessly get started saving for a child’s education.

Learning Quest wanted to create an easy-to-use website with fresh and compelling content so that prospective clients could quickly understand both the value of saving early and how 529 education savings programs work. To gain a greater market share of their target audience, Learning Quest needed to update and streamline the website experience so that users could easily enroll in their 529 education savings program. Learning Quest sought a UX partner that could uncover what their users needed, which content was most appealing and make it understandable to people that did not have a financial background or familiarity with a 529 education savings program.


Useagility led stakeholder interviews, user research and competitive analysis to formulate the user experience strategy, including a new Information Architecture specifically designed with the user in mind. Restructuring the website content and navigation based on user feedback and SEO analysis, the solution was rigorously vetted through task-based usability testing using clickable prototypes. Useagility then designed and developed the entire set of fully responsive pages, implementing all visual design components and SEO strategy.
