Shifting from financial jargon to language that connects with customers

Research showed that average college savers don’t always understand terminology that those inside the financial services industry take for granted. By testing different concepts for content organization with users, we validated users’ content needs and terminology expectations, as well as uncovered insights to determine the right strategic approach to crafting messaging and selecting the right calculators.

High-impact visual design and clean, responsive front-end code

Useagility’s design team used Learning Quest’s brand guidelines along with modern imagery, graphics, colors and iconography to bring the design to life and support the site content and usability with compelling visual appeal to optimize conversion. Our front-end development team built the site as clean, fully-responsive code integrating content, SEO and ensuring a fully ADA compliant site with adherence to 508 specifications.

Tracking results and making ongoing improvements

Once the site was launched, the Useagility team began analyzing SEO performance, site traffic and user behaviors. Measuring key conversion funnels and SEO on a continuous basis allows for data-driven continuous improvement.
