Useagility was engaged by CommunityAmerica to develop a feature that would assist students with college financial planning. We utilized our human-centered design thinking approach to research students’ needs and ultimately designed an online calculator that resulted in more engaged users and a 200% increase in online referrals.
Partnering with American Century Investments, Useagility redesigned the Quest 529 Savings Plan website. Through our human-centered design process, Useagility worked with users to understand, create, and validate website designs. The site was developed to be responsive, ADA compliant, SEO and optimized to meet user behavior.
Kiewit partnered with Useagility to develop and facilitate a series of user-centered methodology training workshops based on contextual research on their internal culture. With the goal of increasing Kiewit’s internal knowledge of user-centered design practices, Useagility was able to equip Kiewits’ employees to host internal workshops to solve their ongoing business challenges.

Useagility performed rapid user testing, which enabled us to iterate quickly, and ultimately provided much needed education platform solutions to learners around the globe.
Portrait Innovations partnered with Useagility to identify opportunities to engage and retain their customers during their online experience. Useagility utilized customer journey mapping to better understand opportunities for innovation. From the research, a design prototype was tested with users, iterated, and implemented. The new experience resulted in increased revenue, higher customer retention, and an improved net promoter score.
TruckMovers partnered with Useagility to design a native mobile application to streamline its business. Through understanding TruckMovers’ users and their needs, Useagility was able to rapidly design, test, iterate our app design, as well as support TruckMovers’ internal development team to execute the designs. Useagility’s design thinking and human centered approach was critical to ensuring the app’s value and success.
Ascend Learning partnered with Useagility to innovate and improve ATI’s education portal for nursing students. Useagility conducted contextual research to understand nursing students’ goals and needs, then designed and rapidly tested a prototype. After deploying Useagility’s recommended design, ATI’s nursing student education portal has seen an increase in user engagement and decreased support calls.
