As our consulting firm continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team. You will be responsible for leading cross-channel marketing initiatives for Useagility as we continue to breathe life into our refreshed brand. You will work with colleagues throughout the organization and report to the firm’s Managing Director.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a strategic thinker with strong hands-on digital marketing and content strategy experience who thrives switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day planning and execution
  • Love corralling, editing and distributing content to bring ideas to life and get them into the market
  • Have a demonstrable track record of success substantially contributing to cross-channel integrated marketing initiatives in a technology company or professional services firm
  • Enjoy working with a diverse team and a portfolio of clients across industries in a vibrant, collaborative, and human-centered work environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership and business development teams to provide strategic guidance for marketing initiatives, including visible expert, digital engagement, and lead generation strategies
  • Manage tactical implementation of digital and print marketing activities, including campaign planning and alignment with business development activities
  • Work closely with internal experts to develop compelling content and messaging to post to various platforms including social media, blogs, website, and email marketing
  • Leverage data and technology to facilitate decision-making and efficient delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, setting goals and measuring performance of all campaigns
  • Execute and coach others in adhering to our brand standards and corporate identity
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

Preferred Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in a B2B professional services, consulting, or SaaS marketing environment
  • Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate prospects throughout the buying journey
  • Strong analytical skills with optimizing landing pages and user funnels, managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns and associated tools
  • An unquenchable thirst for knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner with a desire to work collaboratively and build relationships with all individuals at all levels
